K9 DIOGE

Our deepest condolences go out to handler Chief Stroik and his family.
Chief Nicholas Stroik announced K9 Dioge crossed the rainbow bridge this afternoon after a 2 1/2 week battle with rapidly deteriorating health. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Dioge was born on March 29, 2010. He was a wonderful dog and brought many good times and laughs to both his home family and his law enforcement family. As a Drug Detection K9 with the Arena Police Department, he sent several people to jail, found evidence in crime investigations, and assisted in finding multiple missing persons around the area.
Missed will be his excitement as he watched his handler get his uniform on, knowing all the while that he would get to go to work soon. K9 Dioge started his career in 2010 and recently retired on 12/31/2022. Dioge will be missed by those that knew him personally and it is a comfort to know that he touched so many lives in such a positive manner. Go and play ball forever in the yard.
We ask that you keep his handler and family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
